Creatingan Account

To create an account, click on the “Profile” button on the top right corner of the homepage. You'll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and a password. Once you’ve filled in the required information, click "Submit" to complete the process.

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

Yes, you can update your account details, including your email, password, and shipping address, by logging into your account and navigating to the "Account Settings" section.

and is only used to improve your shopping experience. We never share your personal details with third parties without your consent.

Ordering Products

To place an order:

  1. Click on the product of your choice.
  2. Click on “ADD TO CART.”
  3. Click on “CHECKOUT” to complete the details and place your order.

Yes, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend creating an account on our website to make your shopping experience simple.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.

You can update your shipping address or contact details as long as the order hasn’t left our warehouse. However, changes to the items in your order aren’t possible once the order is confirmed.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along withtracking details. You can also log in to your account and click on "OrderHistory" to check the order status.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Alternatively, you can log in to your Purlation account and track your order directly through the "Order History" section.

Returns and Refunds

All our products are non exchangeable and non returnable, except in cases where the items are damaged or defective.

To replace a damaged or defective item, please write to us at sales@purlation.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product. After 72 hours, the product is not eligible for exchange.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. If you do not see the refund reflected after this period, please reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. During peak periods or special events, processing times might be slightly longer. The processing period begins the business day after your order is placed.

Once processed, your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as damage or missing items, please contact us immediately at +91 9600940870 or sales@purlation.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will address the issue as promptly as possible.

Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. If you experience a delay, please contact us for assistance.
